Patient Access

Patient Access is a service available to all our patients.  It allows appointments to be booked online and via a smart phone.  The service has been available here for several years but we are now expanding it to cover all GP appointments and very soon to cover phlebotomy appointments too.

Patient Access also allows you to order repeat presecriptions.

In order to use Patient Access we need to set up an account for you.  This simply requires a form to be filled in and we will need to see some photographic identification.  This is a requirement of our software provider (EMIS) who run the service and is designed to protect you from other people accessing your medical record.  Once registered you will have a unique user name and can log on from the patient.co.uk website.  You can also access this from our own website.

You can also download the app for smart phones. Available for Android and iOS.

Book on the day GP appointments are available online via Patient Access first, even before we open.

    1. Our on the day appointments are released each morning. They currently come on line between 7.30 and 7.45 each morning. This will be turned back several hours when we have our next service update from our software supplier later this month.

  3. Many thanks Mr D.

I've looked a couple of times last week, but obviously far too late to see the OtD ones ....

Hopefully EMIS will also finally implement the Appointment-to-PC diary entry soon, then its a winner all round.

    Cheers

  4. I have long felt a special connection with herbal medicine. First, it's natural, Charlie attended the same small college in Southern California - Claremont Men's College - although he dropped out of school to enroll in the Julliard School of Performing Arts in New York. York. Had he been to Claremont, he would have been senior the year I started there; I often thought that was the reason he was gone when he discovered that I had herpes. So, my life was lonely, all day, I could not stand the pain of the outbreak, and then Tasha introduced me to Dr. Itua who uses her herbal medicines to cure her two weeks of consumption. I place an order for him and he hands it to my post office, then I pick it up and use it for two weeks. All my wound is completely healed no more epidemic. I tell you honestly that this man is a great man, I trust him Herbal medicine so much that I share this to show my gratitude and also to let sick people know that there is hope with Dr. Itua.
